Our services are tailored to each individual as we understand every property has different needs. We ensure we are flexible so that every project we serve is catered for according to the requirements of both the property owners and the services they offer to guests.

We offer a variety of services from same day check out cleans to full property maintenance and management. So whether you are hands on with your holiday rental and just need a hand cleaning the property on check out or you have a property you wish to be taken care of without the full commitment, we are here to help.

Check out cleans

Our check out cleans are tailored purely to each property's needs. We will communicate with owners regarding theirs and our expectations, work out hours needed and create a checklist of requirements that need to be met on every clean. Check outs include bed and towel changes and anything else required and can include inventory checks and checks to electrical and audio equipment. And of course we provide high attention to detail in every clean.

Mid week cleans

Some owners offer mid week cleans to their guests with stays of more than 7 days. These usually include linen and towel changes and sometimes include a small clean of the property. And as an extra, we like to use calming pillow sprays on all bedding and fabric fresheners on furniture.

Linen service

Our linen service includes fresh white laundered bedding, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels. All sizes from singles to superkings available.

Block and Communal services

We undertake block management and communal and waste services for a variety of buildings that house multiple apartments. This includes scheduled vacuuming of hallways, cleaning of elevators, managing and cleaning bin areas and ensuring property and building owners are aware of issues and help to resolve where possible.

Inventory service

Upon check out it is essential to ensure all inventory is accounted for and a reset takes place. This is vital when taking a deposit from guests as owners do not want to find anything unexpected later on that they will be financially liable for as it is very difficult to ascertain responsibility once deposits

are refunded. The inventory service can also include checking bulbs, batteries, visual and audio equipment are working.

Call out service

We offer a standby service if and when owners are not available to sort out problems whilst guests are staying at the property.

Maintenance

We offer a full high quality maintenance service that covers all aspects of property management.

Communication

Communication is key in the holiday rental business. We will communicate openly and honestly about issues, concerns and anything you wish to talk about regarding your property. Our business is your business and the more open we are with each other the better we will work together.
